Abstract
This study ains to prove and empirically prove the relationship or influence model between the variables of user involvement, personal skills and job training. This research was conducted at PT. Bank Central Asia. The population in this study were the teller of PT. Bank Central Asia. The sample used is as many as 100 tellers, with probability sampling, sampling method that is saturated sampling. Methods of data using survey methods. Methods of data methods using survey methods, with the reaserch instrument is a questionnaire. Methods of data analysis using Partial Least Square (Smart-PLS) version 3.3.3. The results of this study indicate that only the user involvement variable has an effect on the performance of the Accounting Information System at Bank Central Asia tellers while the variables of personal skills and job training have no and significant effect on the performance of the accounting information system. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengkonfirmasi dan membuktikan secara empiris model hubungan maupun pengaruh antar variabel kemampuan personal, keterlibatan pemakai dan pelatihan kerja. Penelitian ini dilakukan pada Perusahaan PT. Bank Central Asia. Populasi dalam penelitian ini adalah teller PT. Bank Central Asia. Sampel yang dipergunakan adalah sebanyak 100 teller, dengan menggunakan metode probability sampling yaitu sampling jenuh. Metode pengumpulan data menggunakan survey, dengan instrument penelitian adalah kuesioner. Metode analisis data menggunakan Partial Least Square (Smart-PLS) versi 3.3.3 Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan hanya variabel keterlibatan pemakai saja yang berpengaruh terhadap kinerja Sistem Informasi Akuntansi pada teller Bank Central Asia sementara variabel kemampuan personal dan pelatihan kerja tidak berpengaruh dan signifikan terhadap kinerja sistem informasi akuntansi.
