Abstract

This research aims to analyze the influence of price and location on the purchase decision of Perumahan Green Teksin, Tegal City, Centre Java Province. The population in this study were 150 consumers of Perumahan Green Teksin, Tegal City, Central Java. The sample used is 60 respondents, calculated based on the Slovin formula. Sampling method using accidental sampling. The method of collecting data is using a survey method, with the research instrument being a The data analysis method used is multiple linear regression analysis, using the SPSS version 23. The results of this study indicate that price has a positive and significant effect on the purchase decision, and location also has a positive and significant effect on the purchase decision in Perumahan Green Teksin, Tegal City, Centre Java Province. Key words: Price, Location and Purchase Decision. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis pengaruh harga dan lokasi terhadap keputusan pembelian pada Perumahan Green Teksin Kota Tegal Jawa Tengah. Populasi dalam penelitian ini adalah 150 konsumen Perumahan Green Teksin Kota Tegal Jawa tengah. Sampel yang digunakan adalah sebanyak 60 responden, dihitung dengan berdasarkan rumus slovin. Metode penarikan sampel menggunakan accidental sampling. Metode pengumpulan data menggunakan metode survei, dengan instrumen penelitian adalah keusioner. Metode analisis data yang digunakan adalah analisis regresi linear berganda, dengan mengunakan program SPSS versi 23. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa harga memiliki pengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap keputusan pembelian, dan lokasi juga berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap keputusan pembelian pada Perumahan Green Teksin Kota Tegal Jawa Tengah. Kata kunci: Harga, Lokasi dan Keputusan Pembelian
