Abstract

Indonesia has now entered a new phase in the development of modern transportation infrastructure, namely the high-speed railway initiated by PT Kereta Cepat Indonesia China. The design of the facilities operated is the Electrical Multiple Unit (EMU) CR400AF which can travel up to 350 km/h. Of course, with the high speed of the train, the reliability of the railroad infrastructure is needed, including the geometry and components of the railroad, with the speed profile that has been designed, it is very necessary to evaluate the TQI value, there is a possibility of a decrease in the quality of the railroad so that it does not meet the requirements of the TQI (Track Quality Index) value set for each crossing. The evaluation of TQI values was conducted to evaluate the condition of the railroad based on its quality index. This study covers railroad categories, TQI values based on each measurement parameter, and maintenance priority plots, based on the TQI values. The standard TQI value can be determined based on Rules No. 11 of 2023 on the Regulation of Track Maintenance on High Speed Railways. With TQI data for each segment and data on damage to railroad geometry using the KCIC400AF CIT (Comprehensive Inspection Train) Measurement Train, an evaluation can be carried out using the TQI value analysis method for determine the priority of maintenance of railroad segments or plots based on the TQI value category of each parameter and railroad geometry damage data. Furthermore, an analysis is carried out to determine the follow-up program based on the results of the TQI value evaluation. The results showed that the TQI value of the Karawang - Padalarang Crossing at KM 105 + 200 to KM 109 + 200 met the predetermined standards, but from the geometry damage data there were several anomalies that fell into the level I category at KM 109 + 117 and KM 109 + 155 on the lane width parameter of -3.17 and 4.78,Then an analysis was carried out using static data obtained using the Track Geometry Trolley tool so that 4 points were obtained in the level I category in the 109 + 100 to 109 + 200 segment with details of KM 109 + 117, KM 109 + 151, KM 109 + 155, KM 109 + 156 for the railroad width parameter with the value of each KM being -2.18 mm, 2.14 mm, 2.79 mm, and 2.23 mm.The follow-up program for maintenance from the analysis results is routine maintenance and for the type of repair using railroad width maintenance with the adjust gauge stoper method. Saat ini Indonesia telah memasuki fase baru dalam pembangunan infrastruktur transportasi modern yaitu kereta api kecepatan tinggi yang diprakarsai oleh PT Kereta Cepat Indonesia China. Desain sarana yang dioperasikan yaitu Electrical Multiple Unit (EMU) CR400AF yang dapat melaju hingga kecepatan 350 km/jam. Tentunya dengan kecepatan kereta yang tinggi tersebut diperlukan keandalan prasarana jalan rel kereta api meliputi geometri dan komponen jalan rel, dengan speed profile yang sudah di desain sangat diperlukan evaluasi nilai TQI, besar kemungkinan terjadinya penurunan kualitas jalan rel sehingga tidak memenuhi persyaratan nilai TQI (Track Quality Index) yang di tetapkan untuk setiap lintas yang dilalui. Evaluasi nilai TQI dilakukan untuk mengevaluasi kondisi jalan rel berdasarkan indeks kualitasnya. Penelitian ini mencakup kategori jalan rel, nilai TQI berdasarkan setiap parameter pengukuran, dan petak prioritas perawatan, berdasarkan dari nilai TQI. Standar nilai TQI dapat ditentukan berdasarkan Rules No. 11 Tahun 2023 tentang Peraturan Perawatan Jalur pada Kereta Api Kecepatan Tiggi. Dengan data TQI setiap segmen dan data kerusakan geometri jalan rel menggunakan Kereta Ukur KCIC400AF CIT (Comprehensive Inspection Train) sehingga dapat dilakukan evaluasi mengunakan metode analisis nilai TQI untuk menentukan prioritas perawatan segmen atau petak jalan rel berdasarkan kategori nilai TQI setiap parameter dan data kerusakan geometri jalan rel. Selanjutnya, dilakukan analisis menentukan program tindak lanjut berdasarkan hasil evaluasi nilai TQI. Hasil penelitian didapatkan nilai TQI Lintas Karawang – Padalarang pada KM 105+200 sampai KM 109+200 memenuhi standar yang sudah ditentukan, tetapi dari data kerusakan geometri terdapat beberapa anomali yang termasuk dalam kategori level I pada KM 109+117 dan KM 109+155 pada parameter lebar jalur sebesar -3,17 dan 4,78, lalu dilakukan analisis menggunakan data statis yang diperoleh menggunakan alat Track Geometry Trolley sehingga didapatkan 4 titik dalam kategori level I pada segmen 109+100 sampai 109 + 200 dengan rincian KM 109+117, KM 109+151, KM 109+155, KM 109+156 untuk parameter lebar jalan rel dengan nilai tiap KM nya adalah -2,18 mm, 2,14 mm, 2,79 mm, dan 2,23 mm. Program tindak lanjut untuk perawatan dari hasil analisis tersebut adalah perawatan rutin dan untuk jenis perbaikan menggunakan perawatan lebar jalan rel dengan metode adjust gauge stoper.
