Abstract
This study aims to determine the effects of Job Embeddedness, Job Satisfaction, and Organizational Commitment on Turnover Intention, which indicates the desire to leave the organization and often serves as an early signal of employee turnover that can hinder company performance, particularly in the context of human resources. The research population consists of employees from PT Nissanindo Mulia Abadi, with a sample size of 74 employees. The sampling method used is nonprobability sampling, or saturated sampling. Data collection was conducted using a questionnaire, and data analysis was performed using Partial Least Squares (PLS) with the SmartPLS 4.0 statistical software. The results indicate that Job Embeddedness has a significant negative effect on Turnover Intention, Job Satisfaction has a negative but non-significant effect on Turnover Intention, and Organizational Commitment has a significant negative effect on Turnover Intention. Keywords: Job Embeddedness, Job Satisfaction, Organizational Commitment, Turnover Intention Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh Job Embeddedness, Kepuasan Kerja, Komitmen Organisasional terhadap Turnover intention yang menyebabkan keinginan untuk pindah dari organisasi tersebut, yang sering kali menjadi sinyal awal terjadinya Turnover karyawan sehingga menghambat kinerja perusahaan, terutama dalam konteks sumber daya manusia. Populasi penelitian adalah karyawan dari PT Nissanindo Mulia Abadi dengan sampel sebanyak 74 karyawan. Metode penelitian sampel yang digunakan adalah non probability sampling atau sampel jenuh, Metode pengumpulan data menggunakan kuesioner. Metode pengolahan data menggunakan Partial Least Square melalui software statistic SmartPLS 4.0. Hasil penelitian menunjukan bahwa variabel Job Embeddedness berpengaruh negatif dan signifikan terhadap Turnover Intention, Kepuasan Kerja berpengaruh negatif dan tidak signifikan terhadap Turnover Intention, Komitmen Organisasional berpengaruh negatif dan signifikan terhadap Turnover Intention.
