Abstract
There are several methods that can be used to assess road damage conditions, namely the Bina Marga and PCI (Pavement Condition Index) methods. Road damage will cause many losses for road users, because it will greatly slow down the comfort of transportation facilities. One of the roads that experienced road damage was Jalan Gatot Subroto, Jakarta. The purpose of this research is to determine the types and levels of damage on Jalan Gatot Subroto Jakarta, determine the value of the pavement condition, and the order of priority based on the Bina Marga Method and PCI (Pavement Condition Index). The results of the research showed that the types of damage on Jalan Gatot Subroto, Jakarta were crocodile cracks, random cracks, longitudinal cracks, transverse cracks, holes, peeling layers, patches, sinking and granular release. The results of the road condition assessment based on the 1990 development method were 3.93 and the priority value obtained was 5.07, so the type of treatment carried out on the Gatot Subroto road, Jakarta was a periodic maintenance program (4 – 6). Meanwhile, using the PCI method, a score of 87 was obtained, which means that the road condition on Jalan Gatot Subroto Jakarta is still perfect. Ada beberapa metode yang dapat digunakan dalam melakukan penilaian kondisi kerusakan jalan, yaitu dengan metode Bina Marga dan PCI (Pavement Condition Index). Kerusakan jalan akan menimbulkan banyak kerugian bagi pengguna jalan, karena akan sangat memperlambat laju kenyamanan sarana transportasi. Salah satu jalan yang mengalami kerusakan jalan adalah Jalan Gatot Subroto, Jakarta. Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui jenis-jenis dan tingkat kerusakan yang ada pada Jalan Gatot Subroto Jakarta, mengetahui nilai kondisi perkerasan, dan urutan prioritas berdasarkan Metode Bina Marga dan PCI (Pavement Condition Index). Hasil dari penelitian didapatkan jenis kerusakan pada Jalan Gatot Subroto, Jakarta adalah retak buaya, retak acak, retak memanjang, retak melintang, lubang, pengelupasan lapisan, tambalan, amblas dan pelepasan butiran. Hasil penilaian kondisi jalan bersarkan metode bina marga 1990 sebesar 3,93 dan nilai prioritas didapat yaitu 5,07 maka jenis penanganan yang dilakukan dijalan Gatot Subroto, Jakarta adalah program pemeliharaan berkala (4 – 6). Sedangkan dengan metode PCI didapat nilai 87 yang berarti kondisi jalan pada Jalan Gatot Subroto Jakarta masih sempurna.
