Abstract
This research aims to analyze the influence of job satisfaction, work environment, and salary decisions on turnover intention at PT. Sumber Bintang Perkasa. This research is an associative study, with the analysis method used being multiple linear regression, processed with the SPSS (Statistical Package for the Social Sciences) version 25 application. The sample in this study consists of 60 respondents. The sampling technique used is purposive sampling. The results of this study indicate that job satisfaction has a negative and significant effect on turnover intention. The work environment has a positive and significant effect on turnover intention. Salary satisfaction has a negative and insignificant effect on turnover intention. Job satisfaction, work environment, and salary satisfaction have a positive and significant impact on turnover intention at PT. Sumber Bintang Perkasa. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis pengaruh Kepuasan Kerja, Lingkungan Kerja dan Kepusan Gaji terhadap Turnover Intention pada PT. Sumber Bintang perkasa. Penelitian ini merupakan penelitian asosiatif dengan metode anilisis yang digunakan adalah Regresi Linear Berganda yang diolah dengan aplikasi SPSS (Statictic Package for the Social Sciences) versi 25. Sampel pada penelitian ini sebanyak 60 responden. Teknik penarikan sampel menggunakan purposive sampling. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa kepuasan kerja berpengaruh negatif dan signifikan terhadap turnover intention. Lingkungan kerja berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap turnover intention. Kepuasan gaji berpengaruh negatif dan tidak signifikan terhadap turnover intention. Kepuasan kerja, lingkungan kerja, dan kepuasan gaji berpengaruh positif dan signifikan pada turnover intention pada PT. Sumber Bintang Perkasa. Kata kunci: Kepuasan Kerja, Lingkungan Kerja, Kepuasan Gaji, Turnover Intention.
