Abstract
The EleVee Penthouse & Residence apartment project is a project that is included in the high-rise category where during the construction process workers are very familiar with various work equipment and work activities which have a very high risk of accidents. Therefore, researchers are interested in further analyzing any potential dangers that might occur in the EleVee Penthouse & Residence apartment project using the Hazard Identification Risk Assessment and Risk Control (HIRARC) method. HIRARC is a method used to identify, then provide a hazard assessment and control potential work accidents in the work activities being carried out. The techniques used in data collection were literature studies, expert interviews, and field observations (questionnaires). The results of this analysis showed that the total risks were 64 risks with 3 low risks, 50 medium risks and 11 high risks for the five jobs. Risks in the high category (high risk) will be given recommendations in accordance with the control hierarchy existing in the company, namely technical control, administrative control and use of personal protective equipment. Proyek apartemen EleVee Penthouse & Residence merupakan proyek yang masuk dalam kategori high-rise dimana dalam proses pembangunannya pekerja sangat akrab dengan berbagai peralatan kerja dan aktivitas kerja yang sangat berisiko tinggi terjadi kecelakaan. Oleh karena itu, peneliti tertarik untuk menganalisis lebih lanjut potensi bahaya apa saja yang mungkin terjadi pada proyek apartemen EleVee Penthouse & Residence dengan menggunakan metode Hazard Identification Risk Assessment and Risk Control (HIRARC). HIRARC merupakan metode yang digunakan untuk mengidentifikasi, kemudian memberikan penilaian bahaya dan pengendalian potensi kecelakaan kerja pada aktivitas kerja yang sedang dilakukan. Teknik yang digunakan dalam pengumpulan data adalah studi literatur, kuesioner dan wawancara pakar. Hasil dari analisis ini didapatkan total seluruh risiko adalah 64 risiko dengan 3 risiko rendah, 50 risiko sedang, dan 11 risiko tinggi untuk kelima pekerjaan. Risiko dengan kategori tinggi (high risk) akan diberikan rekomendasi sesuai dengan hirarki pengendalian yang ada pada perusahaan yaitu pengendalian teknis, pengendalian administratif, dan penggunaan alat pelindung diri (APD)
