Abstract
Some Generation Z is facing problems with the sandwich generation phenomenon. This is the result of a previous phenomenon related to religiosity, which had an impact on the psychological well-being of the generation. Therefore, this study aims to see the influence of religiosity on psychological well-being in generation Z who have the status of the sandwich generation. This study uses a quantitative approach with a regression method. In the study, 96 respondent data were processed. The measuring tools used in the Religiosity variable are the Centrality of Religiosity Scale (CRS), Huber & Huber (2012) and Psychological Well-Being, namely the Ryff (1989) psychological well-being scale, developed by Ahmad (2021). The results of the analysis using the regression method with a significance value of 0.015 (p < 0.05) and an R Square of 0.062, concluded that there was an influence of religiosity on psychological well-being in generation z who had the status of the sandwich generation of 6.2%. This research is expected to be a reference for Generation Z who unite the sandwich generation in knowing the important role of religiosity in psychological well-being. Beberapa generasi Z menghadapi masalah dengan fenomena generasi sandwich. Ini adalah hasil dari fenomena sebelumnya yang berkaitan dengan religiusitas, yang berdampak pada psychological well-being generasi tersebut. Maka dari itu, penelitian ini bertujuan untuk melihat pengaruh religiusitas terhadap psychological well-being pada generasi Z yang berstatus generasi sandwich. Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan kuantitatif dengan metode regresi. Pada penelitian 96 data responden yang diolah. Alat ukur yang digunakan pada variabel Religiusitas yaitu Centrality of Religiosity Scale (CRS), Huber & Huber (2012) dan Psychological Well-Being yaitu skala psychological well-being Ryff (1989) dikembangkan oleh Ahmad (2021). Hasil analisis dengan metode regresi dengan nilai signifikansi 0.015 (p < 0,05) dan R Square sebesar 0,062, disimpulkan bahwa terdapat pengaruh religiusitas terhadap psychological well-being pada generasi Z yang berstatus generasi sandwich sebesar 6,2%. Penelitian ini diharapkan dapat menjadi acuan bagi generasi Z yang berstatus generasi sandwich dalam mengetahui peran penting religiusitas terhadap psychological well-being.
