Abstract

This study aims to determine the Effect of Ease of Use, Security, and Benefits on Interest in Using the OVO Digital Wallet. The population in this study were respondents who had not used the OVO product and were interested in using the OVO application in the Jakarta area. The sample in this study was 128 respondents. This study uses a quantitative descriptive approach and the sample collection method in this study is Purposive Sampling. The data analysis method used is the Partial Least Square (PLS) program version 3.0. Ease of Use has a positive and significant effect on Interest in Use. Security has a positive and significant effect on Interest in Use. Benefits have a positive and significant effect on Interest in Use Keyword : Ease of Use, Security, Usefulness, Interest of Using Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui Pengaruh Kemudahan Penggunaan, Keamanan, dan Manfaat terhadap Minat Penggunaan pada Dompet Digital OVO. Populasi dalam penelitian ini adalah responden yang belum menggunakan produk OVO dan berminat menggunakan aplikasi OVO di daerah Jakarta. Sampel pada penelitian ini sebanyak 128 responden. Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan deskriptif kuantitatif dan metode pengumpulan sampel dalam penelitian ini yaitu Purposive Sampling. Metode analisis data yang digunakan adalah program Partial Least Square (PLS) versi 3.0. Kemudahan Penggunaan berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap Minat Penggunaan. Keamanan berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap Minat Penggunaan. Manfaat berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap Minat Penggunaan. Kata Kunci : Kemudahan Penggunaan, Keamanan, Manfaat, Minat Penggunaan.
