Abstract
ABSTRACT This study aims to examine the direct influence of organizational culture, organizational commitment and work engagement on organizational citizenship behavior (OCB) and the indirect influence of organizational culture and organizational commitment on OCB through work engagement. This type of research is a causal study with a quantitative approach. This study uses SEM-PLS (Partial Least Square) with a sample of 83 respondents. Data sources were obtained from primary data through questionnaires and secondary data through literature studies. The study uses path analysis. Based on the test results, it shows that organizational culture has a positive and significant effect on work engagement and OCB. Organizational commitment has a positive and significant effect on work engagement and OCB. Work engagement has a positive and significant effect on OCB. Organizational culture has a positive and significant effect on OCB through work engagement. Organizational commitment has a positive and significant effect on OCB through work engagement ABSTRAK Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menguji pengaruh langsung budaya organisasi, komitmen organisasi dan work engagement terhadap organizational citizenship behavior (OCB) dan pengaruh tidak langsung budaya organisasi dan komitmen organisasi terhadap OCB melalui work engagement. Jenis penelitian ini merupakan studi kausal dengan pendekatan kuantitatif. Penelitian ini menggunakan SEM-PLS (Partial Least Square) dengan jumlah sampel 83 responden. Sumber data diperoleh dari data primer melalui penyebaran kuesioner dan data sekunder melalui studi kepustakaan. Penelitian menggunakan Analisa jalur. Berdasarkan hasil pengujian menunjukan budaya organisasi berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap work engagement dan OCB. Komitmen organisasi berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap work engagement dan OCB. Work engagement berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap OCB. Budaya organisasi berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap OCB melalui work engagement. Komitmen organisasi berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap OCB melalui work engagement.
