Abstract

ABSTRACT The study aims to explore and explain how the influence of Authentic Happiness and Psychological Well-Being on employee Job Performance. The research method user in this study is a quantitative approach with multiple linear regression analysis methods. The sample in this research is civil servant nurses of XYZ. Hospital as many as 150 respondents. The data used is primary data, namely by distributing questionnaires online using Google Forms. The results of this study indicate that there is a positive and significant influence of the Authentic Happiness and Psychological Well-Being variables on employee job performance both partially and simultaneously. Which indicates that the higher the Authentic Happiness and the better the Psychological Well-Being will have an impact on increasing employee work performance. This research is expected to provide insight into companies in improving the quality of employee Authentic Happiness and Psychological Well-Being in order to improve the performance of employees so that the tied services will be better and able to provide benefits to the community ABSTRAK Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengekslorasi dan menjelaskan bagaimana pengaruh dari Authentic Happiness dan Kesejahteraan Psikologis terhadap Prestasi Kerja pegawai. Metode penelitian yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah pendekatan kuantitatif dengan metode analisis regresi liner berganda. Sampel dalam peneltitian ini adalah para perawat PNS RSUP. XYZ. sebanyak 150 responden. Data yang digunakan merupakan data primer yaitu dengan penyebaran kuesioner secara online dengan menggunakan google form. Hasil dari penelitian ini menunjukan bahwa terdapat pengaruh positif dan signifikan dari variabel Authentic Happiness dan Kesejahteraan Psikologis terhadap Prestasi Kerja pegawai baik secara parsial maupun simultan. Yang mengindikasikan bahwa semakin tinggi Authentic Happiness dan semakin baik Kesejahteraan Psikologis akan berdampak pada meningkatnya prestasi kerja pegawai. Penelitian ini diharapkan dapat memberikan wawasan terhadap perusahaan dalam meningkatkan kualitas Kesejahteraan Psikologis pegawai dan Authentic Happiness guna meningkatkan kinerja para pegawai sehingga pelayanan yang diikat akan semakin baik.berikan kepada masyarakat.
