Abstract
Calculation of doctor's fees is one of the most important components in the hospital industry, in the calculation there are many factors that determine the doctor's fee from the items used, the composition of the doctor's team, the doctor's position, the doctor's rate, etc. If this process is carried out manually, there are many possibilities that cause inaccurate calculations so that many numbers are different from the actual ones. The factors that cause this can vary, such as human error is the biggest factor in miscalculations in doctor's fees, that's why this doctor's fee system was designed. This design focuses on the calculation requirements for hospital XYZ, and may be different in other hospitals. The existence of this doctor's fee system makes it easier for staff to calculate details of doctor's fees. The advantages of this system compared to manually are in terms of time efficiency and data precision, using the system is much more accurate than the manual system. Perhitungan fee dokter merupakan salah satu komponen yang paling penting dalam industri rumah sakit, dalam perhitungannya banyak faktor yang menentukan fee dokter ini dari item yang digunakan, komposisi tim dokter, posisi dokter, rate dokterm dll. Jika proses ini dilakukan secara manual maka banyak kemungkinan yang menyebabkan perhitungan tidak akurat sehingga banyak angka yang berbeda dengan aktual, faktor yang menyebabkan pun bisa beragam seperti human error adalah faktor terbesar salah perhitungan pada fee dokter, maka dari itu dibuatlah rancangan sistem fee dokter ini, rancangan ini berfokus pada kebutuhan perhitungan untuk rumah sakit XYZ, dan bisa berbeda di rumah sakit lain. Adanya sistem fee dokter ini mempermudah staff untuk menghitung rincian fee dokter. Adapun kelebihan dari sistem ini dibandingkan secara manual adalah dari sisi efisiensi waktu dan presisi data, menggunakan sistem jauh lebih akurat dibandingan dengan sistem manual.
