Abstract

ABSTRACT This study aims to describe the influence of Work Discipline, Work Environment, Organizational Commitment on Employee Performance in the Delivery Department of PT. Pos Indonesia Daan Mogot. This research method is quantitative. This research was conducted from 2023-2024 and the population in this study was 54 employees who worked in the delivery department. The sample used is the saturated sample method. The data collection method was obtained through a questionnaire. The data analysis and hypothesis testing method was carried out using SMART-PLS. The results of this research show that Work Discipline, Work Environment and Organizational Commitment has a positive and significant influence on the Performance of PT Delivery Department Employees. Pos Indonesia Daan Mogot. ABSTRAK Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menggambarkan pengaruh Disiplin Kerja, Lingkungan Kerja, Komitmen Organisasi terhadap Kinerja Pegawai pada Bagian Antaran PT. Pos Indonesia Daan Mogot. Metode penelitian ini adalah dengan kuantitatif. Penelitian ini dilakukan dari tahun 2023-2024 dan populasi dalam penelitian ini adalah 54 pegawai yang bekerja pada bagian Antaran. Sampel yang digunakan yakni metode sampel jenuh. Untuk metode pengumpulan data diperoleh melalui kuesioner. Metode analisis dan uji hipotesis data tersebut dilakukan dengan menggunakan SMART-PLS. Pada hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa Disiplin Kerja, Lingkungan Kerja dan Komitmen Organisasi memiliki pengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap Kinerja Pegawai Bagian Antaran PT. Pos Indonesia Daan Mogot.
