Abstract

ABSTRACT This research aims to describe the influence of non-financial, organizational justice, and teamwork on employee performance at PT. Happy Idkho Independent. This research method is quantitative. This research was conducted from 2022 to 2024 and involved a total population of 90 employees as research samples using saturated sample method. Data was obtained through a questionnaire with the SEM-PLS data analysis technique. The results of this research indicate that Non- Financial Compensation has a positive influence on PT Employee Performance. Happy Idkho Independent. Organizational Justice has a positive influence on PT Employee Performance. Happy Idkho Independent. Teamwork has an influence on PT Employee Performance. Happy Idkho Independent. PT. Bahagia Idkho Mandiri can increase employee satisfaction and productivity, which in turn will support the company's long-term growth and success. ABSTRAK Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menggambarkan pengaruh non-finansial, organisasi keadilan, dan kerjasama tim terhadap kinerja karyawan di PT. Bahagia Idkho Mandiri. Metode penelitian ini adalah kuantitatif. Penelitian ini dilakukan dari tahun 2022 hingga 2024 dan melibatkan total populasi 90 karyawan sebagai sampel penelitian menggunakan metode Accidental sampling. Data diperoleh melalui kuisioner dengan teknik analisis data SEM-PLS. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa Kompensasi Non-Finansial memiliki pengaruh positif terhadap Kinerja Karyawan PT. Bahagia Idkho Mandiri. Keadilan Organisasi memiliki pengaruh positif terhadap Kinerja Karyawan PT. Bahagia Idkho Mandiri. Kerja Sama Tim memiliki pengaruh terhadap Kinerja Karyawan PT. Bahagia Idkho Mandiri. PT. Bahagia Idkho Mandiri dapat meningkatkan kepuasan dan produktivitas karyawan, yang pada gilirannya akan mendukung pertumbuhan dan kesuksesan jangka panjang perusahaan.
