Abstract
This study is to analyze the quality of the KotakGame.com website as an information service provider in the game industry. The number of visitors who read an information website, is the core of running the business. The drastic decrease in traffic (total visitors) is certainly a phenomenon that needs to be identified and addressed. Quality Quality Function Deployment (QFD) is a method for analyzing product quality based on complaints or requests from consumers and of course to satisfy them. In this study, QFD is applied to connect customer complaints and measure them with conditions that occur in the field. Through the House of Quality (HoQ) tools, the most important points will be obtained as references for service providers to prioritize the redesign or formation process. In this study, regular website maintenance and server capacity that needs to be enlarged are the most important points for service providers to be observed, in order to be able to provide satisfaction to customers when visiting the KotakGame.com website. Keywords: QFD, Quality Function Deployment, Website Penelitian ini untuk menganalisis kualitas website KotakGame.com sebagai penyedia jasa layanan informasi di industri game. Banyaknya pengunjung yang membaca suatu website informasi, merupakan inti dari dijalankannya bisnis tersebut. Penurunan traffic (total pengunjung) yang terjadi secara drastis, tentu menjadi sebuah fenomena yang perlu diketahui penyebabnya dan dibenahi. Quality Quality Function Deployment (QFD) merupakan sebuah metode untuk menganalisa kualitas produk berdasarkan keluhan ataupun permintaan dari konsumen dan tentunya untuk memuaskannya. Pada penelitian ini, QFD diterapkan untuk menghubungkan keluhan pelanggan dan mengukurnya dengan kondisi yang terjadi di lapangan. Lewat tools House of Quality (HoQ), akan didapatkan poin-poin terpenting yang menjadi acuan penyedia jasa untuk diprioritaskan proses desain ulang ataupun pembentulannya. Pada penelitian ini, maintenance website secara berkala dan kapasitas server yang perlu diperbesar jadi poin terpenting penyedia jasa untuk diamati, agar mampu memberikan kepuasan kepada pelanggan saat berkunjung ke website KotakGame.com.
