Abstract
Underpass is an infrastructure built by the government below the ground level to alleviate traffic congestion in large cities. The box culvert system serves as the construction for underpasses. The selection of this system has a significant impact on quality as it will affect the quality of work. The BSD underpass project on the Serpong - Balaraja toll road (Interchance Legok Area STA 9+800) needs to improve its quality because the results of the work do not meet the required standards. The aim of this research is to determine the most influential factors in the quality of underpasses and the implementation of lean six sigma. The research utilizes the Relative Importance Index (RII) method and the Lean Six Sigma method. The research findings indicate that the most influential factor is the management of quality improvement steps within the quality enhancement variable. Additionally, an analysis using Lean Six Sigma on Box Culvert projects yielded a sigma value of 4, which exceeds the average sigma value achieved in the Indonesian industry. Furthermore, indicators within the quality planning, quality assurance, quality control, quality improvement, and quality performance variables are utilized for the improvement stages in the DMAIC application of the Six Sigma method. Keywords: Box Culvert, Lean Six Sigma, RII, Quality, Defect. Underpass merupakan infrastrukrur yang dibuat pemerintah dibawah muka tanah dan berfungsi mengatas kemacetan lalu lintas di kota besar. Sistem box culvert merupakan konstruksi yang berfungsi sebagai underpass. Pemilihan sistem ini sangat berpengaruh terhadap mutu karena akan mempengaruhi kualitas pekerjaan. Proyek underpass Bumi Serpong Damai (BSD) jalan tol Serpong – Balaraja (Area Interchance Legok STA 9+800) perlu dilakukannya peningkatan kualitas karena hasil pekerjaan yang belum sesuai dengan yang dipersyaratkan. Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah, untuk mengetahui faktor apa yang paling berpengaruh dalam kualitas underpass dan penerapan Lean Six Sigma. Dalam melakukan penelitian digunakan metode Relative Importance Index (RII) serta metode Lean Six Sigma. Dari hasil penelitian, didapatkan faktor yang paling berpengaruh adalah mengatur langkah-langkah peningkatan mutu pada variabel peningkatan kualitas. Selain itu, hasil analisis menggunakan lean six sigma pada pekerjaan Box Culvert diperoleh nilai sigma 4 dimana nilai ini berada di atas pencapaian nilai sigma rata-rata industri di Indonesia. Selanjutnya indikator dalam variabel perencanaan kualitas, jaminan kualitas, pengawasan kualitas, peningkatan kualitas, dan kinerja mutu digunakan untuk tahapan improvement pada aplikasi DMAIC (Define – Measure – Analyze – Improvement – Control) dari metode Six Sigma.
