Abstract
Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh gaya kepemimpinan demokratis, lingkungan kerja dan kompensasi terhadap kinerja karyawan. Dalam mencapai tujuan tersebut, peneliti menggunakan penelitian eksplanatori dengan pendekatan kuantitatif. Teknik sampling yang digunakan adalah sampel jenuh, peneliti mendapatkan sampel sebanyak 60 responden yang merupakan karyawan di Gaul’s salon. Pengumpulan data dilakukan menggunakan kuesioner yang disebar kepada seluruh responden yang kemudian diolah menggunakan adalah analisis statistik dalam bentuk analisis smartPLS. Analisis data dilakukan dengan Partial Least Square (PLS) yang diolah menggunakan SmartPLS 3.0. Hasil Penelitian ini menujukkan bahwa Gaya Kepemimpinan Demokratis berpengaruh negatif dan tidak signifikan terhadap Kinerja Karyawan, Lingkungan Kerja berpengaruh positif dan Signifikan terhadap Kinerja Karyawan, Kompensasi berpengaruh negatif dan tidak signifikan terhadap Kinerja Karyawan This research aims to determine the influence of democratic leadership style, work environment and compensation on employee performance. In achieving this goal, researchers used explanatory research with a quantitative approach. The sampling technique used was saturated, the researchers obtained a sample of 60 respondents who were employees at the Gaul’s salon. Data collection was carried out using a questionnaire distributed to all respondents which was then processed using statistical analysis in the form of smartPLS analysis. Data analysis was carried out with Partial Least Square (PLS) which was processed using SmartPLS 3.0. The results of this research show that the Democratic Leadership Style has a negative and not significant effect on Employee Performance, the Work Environment has a positive and significant effect on Employee Performance, Compensation is negative and not significant on Employee Performance
