Abstract
ABSTRACT The phenomenon of branding in waste banks has become a significant trend in waste management, especially with the growing awareness of environmental issues and sustainability. Waste banks, as institutions responsible for managing and recycling waste, are increasingly adopting branding strategies to enhance visibility, attract community participation, and strengthen their sustainability message. The design methodology used is a qualitative approach, with data collection techniques including on-site observations and interviews with sources, supplemented by references to previous works and literature. The results of the data analysis from the design methodology are incorporated into a design thinking process scheme consisting of Empathize, Define, Ideate, Prototype, and Test. This process aims to create an original visual identity concept, from logos to color palettes and typography, compiled into a graphic standards manual. This allows Bank Sampah Alamanda Sejahtera to differentiate itself from competitors and promote its mission more effectively, providing a unique image for consumers that is memorable and maximizing marketing efforts both internally and externally to promote its services and products. ABSTRAK Fenomena branding pada bank sampah telah menjadi tren signifikan dalam pengelolaan limbah, terutama seiring dengan meningkatnya kesadaran akan isu lingkungan dan keberlanjutan. Bank sampah sebagai lembaga yang bertugas mengelola dan mendaur ulang sampah, kini semakin banyak menerapkan strategi branding untuk meningkatkan visibilitas, menarik partisipasi masyarakat, dan memperkuat pesan keberlanjutan mereka. Metode perancangan yang digunakan adalah pendekatan kualitatif, dengan teknik pengumpulan data menggunakan observasi ke lokasi serta dilakukakan wawancara terhadap narasumber ditambah dengan referensi karya pendahulu dan kepustakaan. Hasil analisis data yang didapat dari metode perancanganan dituangkan kedalam skema proses design thinking yang terdiri dari Emphatize, Deifne, Ideate, Prototype dan Test guna menciptakan konsep identitas visual yang orisinil mulai dari logo hingga palet warna dan tipografi disusun kedalam sebuah media graphic standard manual, dimana Bank Sampah Alamanda Sejahtera dapat membedakan diri mereka dari pesaing dan mempromosikan misi mereka secara lebih efektif untuk memberikan imej tersendiri kepada konsumen agar mudah diingat dan memaksimalkan pemasaran baik ke internal maupun eksternal untuk memasarkan jasa dan produk yang dimiliki.
