Abstract
In Design and Build construction projects, planning significantly impacts the execution process. When project schedules are tight, careful adjustments to labor and equipment needs in the field are essential to ensure efficient implementation. This study analyzes both primary and secondary data, including time schedules and field observation results. The analysis employs Building Information Management (BIM). The process involves evaluating tender schedules and their implementation during the execution phase using Microsoft Project, which will be further implemented using Navisworks. Dalam proyek konstruksi pada jenis Design and Build di mana perencanaan memiliki dampak signifikan terhadap proses pelaksanaan. Ketika jadwal proyek sangat ketat, diperlukan penyesuaian yang cermat terhadap kebutuhan tenaga kerja dan peralatan di lapangan untuk memastikan efisiensi pelaksanaan. Data yang dianalisis dalam penelitian ini mencakup data primer dan sekunder yang terdiri dari jadwal waktu (time scheduler) dan hasil pengamatan lapangan. Analisis dilakukan menggunakan Building Information Management (BIM). Proses analisis melibatkan evaluasi jadwal tender dan penerapan jadwal tersebut selama tahap pelaksanaan menggunakan applikasi Microsoft Project dan akan di implementasikan menggunakan aplikasi Naviswork.
