Abstract

This study aims to determine the effect of work discipline and work environment on employee performance mediated by work motivation at the Biro Perencanaan Kementerian Lingkungan Hidup dan Kehutanan Republik Indonesia. The population in this study were all employees of the Planning Bureau as many as 63 employees using a quantitative descriptive approach. Determination of sample size using saturated sampling technique, namely taking the entire population. The approach used in this study is the Structural Equation Model (SEM) with the Smart- PLS (4.0) analysis tool. This study proves that the variable of work discipline has a positive and significant effect on employee performance, work discipline has a positive and significant effect on work motivation, work environment has a positive and significant effect on employee performance, work environment has a positive and significant effect on work motivation, work motivation has a positive and significant effect on employee performance. Work discipline and work environment have a positive and significant effect on employee performance mediated by work motivation at the Biro Perencanaan Kementerian Lingkungan Hidup dan Kehutanan Republik Indonesia. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh disiplin kerja, dan lingkungan kerja terhadap kinerja pegawai yang dimediasi motivasi kerja pada Biro Perencanaan Kementerian Lingkungan hidup dan Kehutanan Republik Indonesia. Populasi dalam penelitian ini seluruh pegawai Biro Perencanaan sebanyak 63 pegawai dengan menggunakan pendekatan deskriptif kuantitatif. Penentuan ukuran sampel menggunakan teknik sampel jenuh yaitu pengambilan keseluruhan populasi. Pendekatan yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah Structural Equation Model (SEM) dengan alat analisis Smart-PLS (4.0) . Penelitian ini membuktikan bahwa variabel disiplin kerja berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap kinerja pegawai, disiplin kerja berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap motivasi kerja, lingkungan kerja berpengaruh positif dan siginifikan terhadap kinerja pegawai, lingkungan kerja berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap motivasi kerja, motivasi kerja berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap kinerja pegawai. Disiplin kerja dan lingkungan kerja berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap kinerja pegawai dimediasi oleh motivasi kerja pada Biro Perencanaan Kementerian Lingkungan Hidup dan Kehutanan Republik Indonesia.
