Abstract
The Ministry of Tourism and Creative Economy/Agency for Tourism and Creative Economy, as one of the government institutions responsible for managing government affairs in the tourism sector and tasks related to the creative economy, is committed to implementing bureaucratic reform. This is expected to lead to improved performance, which plays a crucial role for the institution. This research aims to analyze the impact of integrity on employee performance, mediated by learning organization and organizational commitment. A quantitative method using saturated sampling technique was employed, where all members of the population, consisting of 108 civil servants from the Deputy for Destination Development and Infrastructure, were included as samples. The analysis was conducted quantitatively using a questionnaire method. The Structural Equation Model (SEM) was utilized as the analytical method, and Smart-PLS was used as the analytical tool. The expected contribution of this research is to support the enhancement of employee performance, particularly within the Ministry of Tourism and Creative Economy. The conclusion of the conducted research indicates that integrity has a significant positive effect on employee performance, integrity significantly influences learning organization, integrity significantly affects organizational commitment, learning organization positively significantly impacts employee performance, organizational commitment positively significantly affects employee performance, learning organization can partially mediate the effect of integrity on employee performance, and organizational commitment can also partially mediate the effect of integrity on employee performance. Keyword: Integrity, Employee Performance, Learning Organizational, Commitment Organizational Kementerian Pariwisata dan Ekonomi Kreatif/Badan Pariwisata dan Ekonomi Kreatif sebagai salah satu institusi pemerintah yang memiliki tanggung jawab dalam menangani urusan pemerintahan bidang pariwisata dan tugas pemerintahan bidang ekonomi kreatif turut berkomitmen untuk melaksanakan reformasi birokrasi, sehingga diharapkan mempunyai kinerja yang baik, sehingga kinerja mempunyai peranan yang penting bagi lembaga. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis pengaruh integritas terhadap kinerja pegawai dimediasi organisasi pembelajaran dan organisasi komitmen. Metode kuantitatif, menggunakan teknik sampling jenuh adalah teknik penentuan sampel dimana semua anggota populasi digunakan menjadi sampel dalam penelitian ini adalah pegawai negeri sipil Deputi Pengembangan Destinasi dan Infrastruktur sejumlah 108 pegawai, analisis dilakukan secara kuantitatif dengan metode pengumpulan kuesioner. Structural Equation Model (SEM) digunakan sebagai metode analisis dan Smart – PLS digunakan sebagai alat analisis. Kontribusi yang diharapkan penelitian ini dapat digunakan untuk mendukung peningkatan kinerja pegawai khususnya di Kementeriam Pariwisata dan Ekonomi Kreatif. Kesimpulan dari penelitian yang telah dilakukan bahwa Integritas berpengaruh positif signifikan terhadap kinerja pegawai, Integritas berpengaruh positif signifikan terhadap organisasi pembelajaran, Integritas berpengaruh positif signifikan terhadap organisasi komitmen, Organisasi pembelajaran berpengaruh positif signifikan terhadap kinerja pegawai, Organisasi komitmen berpengaruh positif signifikan terhadap kinerja pegawai, Organisasi pembelajaran mampu memediasi secara partial integritas terhadap kinerja pegawai, dan Organisasi komitmen mampu memediasi secara partial integritas terhadap kinerja pegawai.
