Abstract
Tujuan dari penelitian ini untuk mengetahui apakah adanya pengaruh Perubahan Jam Masuk Kerja Lebih Awal, Jam Pulang Kerja Lebih Lama dan Durasi Kerja Bertambah Terhadap Produktivitas Kerja Karyawan Di PT. Tunggal Idaman Abdi. Penelitian menggunakan pendekatan kuantitatif dan deskriptif. Jumlah populasi 60 karyawan di PT Tunggal Idaman Abdi yang terkena dampak perubahan jam kerja, dengan jumlah sampel yang digunakan sebanyak 60 responden. Data penelitian ini dikumpulkan menggunakan kuesioner yang disebar secara online melalui google form yang kemudian diolah menggunakan SPSS. Hasil penelitian ini membuktikan bahwa jam masuk kerja lebih awal tidak berpengaruh terhadap produktivitas kerja. Sedangkan jam pulang kerja lebih lama dan durasi kerja bertambah berpengaruh signifikan terhadap produktivitas kerja karyawan. Diharapkan hasil penelitian ini akan memberikan kontribusi bagi manajemen PT. Tunggal Idaman Abdi dalam merancang kebijakan jam kerja karyawan The purpose of this study is to determine whether the influence of Early Work Entry Time Change, Longer Work Exit Time, and Increased Work Duration on Employee Work Productivity at PT. Tunggal Idaman Abdi. The study used a quantitative and descriptive approach. The total population is 60 employees at PT Tunggal Idaman Abdi who were affected by the change in working hours, with the number of samples used being 60 respondents. The research data was collected using a questionnaire distributed online through a Google form, which was then processed using SPSS. The results of this study prove that earlier work entry time does not affect work productivity. Meanwhile, longer work exit time and increased work duration have a significant effect on employee work productivity. It is hoped that the results of this research will contribute to the management of PT. Tunggal Idaman Abdi in designing employee work hour policies.
