Abstract

The oil and gas industry is one of those sectors that has the potential to be dangerous to workers. To maintain the health and safety of workers, as well as protecting the environment, a strong sistem of Health and Safety at Work is required. In the case of the First PT project, the state gas in carrying out the activities of Health & Safety At Work potentially has a negative impact on aspects of Health, Safety, Security & Environment. (HSSE). This study aims to identify the application of SMK 3 to the K3 cultural awareness on the workforce performance of the state gas project, identify minimum compliance of workers that causes potential hazards at each stage of work in each type of job, identifying the application and K3 culture awarenness that affects the performance of workforce of the project is more noticeable than other factors. The method of data collection in this study is the results of a validation interview with an expert who understands the concept of the K3 Management Sistem, then distributes the questionnaire to the employees and analyzes the process using the SMK 3 method. The result of this study is that the variable Application of the K3 management sistem to K3 cultural awareness collectively has an influence on the performance of project workers in the bintaro jaya gas pipeline installation project, the Regulations and Procedures of K3 which are the most influential factors of the overall factor that exists in the culture variable of K3, and the influence of the application of the management sistem on K3 culture in the workforce performance of the project is less observed because of 12.4%, while the remaining 87.6% is influenced by other factors outside this study. Penelitian ini memiliki tujuan untuk mengidentifikasi penerapan SMK 3 terhadap kesadaran budaya K3 pada kinerja tenaga kerja proyek PT Pertamina gas negara, mengidentifikasi minimnya kepatuhan para pekerja yang menyebabkan potensial bahaya pada masing-masing tahapan pekerjaan di setiap jenis pekerjaan, mengidentifikasi penerapan SMK 3 dan kesadaran budaya K3 yang mempengaruhi kinerja tenaga kerja proyek lebih diperhatikan dibanding faktor lain. Metode pengumpulan data pada penelitian ini berupa hasil wawancara validasi pakar yang mengerti tentang konsep Sistem manajemen K3, Kemudian menyebarkan kuisioner kepada para pekerja dan proses analisis menggunakan metode SMK 3. Hasil dari penelitian ini yaitu variabel Penerapan sistem manajemen K3 terhadap kesadaran budaya K3 secara bersama-sama memiliki pengaruh terhadap kinerja pekerja proyek dalam proyek pemasangan jalur pipa gas bintaro jaya, Peraturan dan Prosedur K3 yang menjadi faktor paling berpengaruh dari keseluruhan faktor yang ada di variabel budaya K3, dan pengaruh penerapan sistem manajemen K3 terhadap budaya K3 dalam kinerja tenaga kerja proyek kurang diperhatikan karena sebesar 12,4%, sementara 87,6 % sisanya dipengaruhi oleh faktor lain diluar penelitian ini.
