Abstract
In this project, there was a pruning of the Office Tower building which resulted in a reduction in the capacity of this development project, so that there was an increase in the Emerald building which is right next to the Office Tower building, with this increase resulting in an increase in structural load so that the foundation that originally used the Pile Cap foundation had to be replaced with a Raft Foundation. The purpose of this study is to find out how much the cost changes due to changes in the foundation of high-rise building projects. The objects calculated were the volume of iron, formwork and concrete of the Raft Foundation using Building Information Modeling (BIM-5D) Cubicost TAS and TRB. The results of this research were obtained an increase in the volume of iron which was initially 89,291.27 Kg to 253.104,502 Kg. The volume of concrete which was initially 513.34
