Abstract

Bridges are important component of road infrastructure which greatly influences the social transportation's smoothness. Connectedness of a region to the central government will affect the development of a region. This study aims to plan a bridge construction which based on previous studies by Rian Jumbara using the Warren bridge structure with verticals. The reason of choosing Warren with vertical bridge type is to provide another alternative beside the steel truss bridge construction which already existed because this type of bridge has better economic value and more efficiency than the Warren steel truss bridge without vertical beams, in this case, the author uses a planning method called LRFD (Load and Resistance Factor Design) and & NYS DOT SDA-08-001_Gusset_Plate_Design. From the research results, it is known that superstructure of the bridge uses profiles WF 350.350.12.19 (main girder), WF 700.300.13.24 (transverse girder), WF 400.200.9.14 (longitudinal girder), 150.150.7.10 (top wind tie), thick connection plates 25 mm, splice plate 20 mm thick, bolt size with outer diameter 26 mm and hole diameter 24 mm. Jembatan adalah salah satu bagian dari jalan yang sangat berpengaruh terhadap kelancaran transportasi. Terputusnya suatu daerah dari pemerintah pusat atau daerah lainnya menghambat kemajuan daerah. Melalui skripsi ini penulis mencoba untuk merencanakan konstruksi jembatan dari peneliti sebelumnya Rian Jumbara dengan menggunakan struktur jembatan Warren with verticals. Adapun latar belakang pemilihan tipe jembatan Warren with verticals ini yaitu alternatif lain bagi konstruksi jembatan rangka baja yang sudah ada karena jembatan jenis ini memiliki nilai ekonomis dan efisiensi yang lebih tinggi di banding jembatan rangka baja tipe Warren tanpa batang vertikal, dalam hal ini perencanaan menggunakan metode LRFD (Load and Resistance Factor Design) dan & NYS DOT SDA-08- 001_Gusset_Plate_Design Dari hasil analisa diperoleh struktur bangunan atas jembatan menggunakan profil WF 350.350.12.19 (gelagar induk), WF 700.300.13.24 (gelagar melintang), WF 400.200.9.14 (gelagar memanjang), 150.150.7.10 (ikatan angin atas), pelat sambungan dengan tebal 25 mm, splice plate dengan tebal 20 mm, ukuran baut dengan diameter luar 26 mm dan diameter lubang 24 mm.
