Abstract

The choice of structure to be used is very important in the implementation of a construction project. In the construction of the Yogyakarta - Bawen Toll Road section 1 in the Elevated 2 section, which previously used the Double Pier Portal construction, it was planned to re-use the Single Pier construction due to the need to accelerate work in the field. In this study, Double Pier and Single Pier are calculated based on cost and time referring to the Unit Price Analysis (AHS) guidelines for Public Works and Public Housing and barcharts to determine the cost and duration of the work of the two jobs. The stages of this research are the cost and time of work using the Microsoft Excel program. Based on the results of analysis and calculations obtained Double Pier Portal Structure Construction for 165 Days at a cost of Rp. 48,745,398,978.53., and Single Pier Structure Construction for 151 Days at a cost of Rp. 44,714,943,715.44. The difference in construction time of the Single Pier structure is 14 days faster than the Double Pier Portal structure or 8.48% faster, and the difference in construction costs of the Single Pier structure is cheaper by Rp. 4,030,455,263.09. from the Double Pier Portal structure or 8.27% cheaper. Pemilihan struktur yang akan digunakan merupakan hal yang sangat penting dalam pelaksanaan suatu proyek konstruksi. Pada pembangunan Jalan Tol Yogyakarta – Bawen seksi 1 pada bagian Elevated 2 ini, yang sebelumnya memakai kontruksi Portal Double Pier direncanakan ulang kembali memakai kostruksi Single Pier Dikarenakan perlunya percepatan pekerjaan di lapangan. Pada penelitian ini Double Pier dan Single Pier dilakukan berhitungan berdasarkan biaya dan waktunya yang mengacu pada pedoman Analisa Harga Satuan (AHS) Bidang Pekerjaan Umum dan Perumahan Rakyat dan barchart untuk mengetahui besar biaya dan durasi pekerjaan kedua pekerjaan tersebut. Tahapan penelitian ini adalah biaya dan waktu pekerjaan menggunakan program microsoft excel. Berdasarkan hasil analisis dan perhitungan didapatkan Konstuksi Struktur Portal Double Pier selama 165 Hari dengan biaya Rp. 48,745,398,978.53., dan Konstruksi Struktur Single Pier selama 151 Hari dengan biaya Rp. 44,714,943,715.44. Perbedaan waktu konstruksi struktur Single Pier lebih cepat 14 hari dari struktur Portal Double Pier atau 8.48% lebih cepat, dan Perbedaan biaya konstruksi struktur Single Pier lebih murah sebanyak Rp. 4,030,455,263.09. dari struktur Portal Double Pier atau 8.27% lebih murah.
