Abstract

Bridges are very important infrastructure because the main task of bridges is to connect roads, lakes and rivers. The bridge construction process must consider hydrological parameters so that the water level in the river does not exceed the height of the bridge, Rivers have a very important function for human life throughout the world, The main benefit of rivers is as a source of water for human life, If the river overflows and causes flooding, it will really disturb the people around the river area, This research aims to determine the flood discharge in existing conditions and determine the conditions after normalization in the District, Attack using HEC-RAS 5,07 software. In this study, maximum daily rainfall data was calculated using the poligon thiessen method to obtain the average maximum rainfall, Maximum rainfall is calculated to obtain the planned rainfall which is calculated using the Normal, Log Normal, Gumbel and Log Person Type III Distribution Methods so that Log Person III distribution analysis is chosen, Then data processing using the Nakayasu Synthetic Unit Hydrograph Method, So that the peak flood discharge (Qp) values Q2 = 34,27 m3/ sec, Q5 = 48,56 m3/ sec, Q10 = 61,49 m3/ sec, Q25 = 82,58 m3/sec, Q50 = 92,92 m3/ sec, and Q100 = 114,67 m3/ sec. Jembatan merupakan infrastruktur yang sangat penting karena tugas utama jembatan ialah sebagai penghubung antara jalanan, selat danau maupun Sungai. Proses Pembangunan jembatan harus memikirkan parameter hidrologi agar debit muka air pada Sungai tidak melebihi tinggi dari jembatan tersebut. Sungai mempunyai fungsi yang sangat penting bagi kehidupan manusia di seluruh dunia, Manfaat utama Sungai ialah sebagai sumber air bagi kehidupan manusia, Jika Sungai meluap dan mengakibatkan banjir akan sangat mengganggu Masyarakat di sekitar area Sungai tersebut, Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui debit banjir pada kondisi eksisting dan mengetahui kondisi setelah dinormalisasi pada Kab. Serang dengan menggunakan software HEC-RAS 5,07. Pada penelitian ini data curah hujan harian maksimum dihitung dengan metode poligon thiessen untuk mendapatkan hujan maksimum rata-rata, Curah hujan maksimum dihitung untuk mendapatkan curah rencana yang dihitung dengan Metode Distribusi Normal, Log Normal, Gumbel dan Log Person Tipe III sehingga dipilih Analisis distribusi Log Person III. Kemudian pengolahan data dengan menggunakan Metode Hidrograf Sintetik Satuan Nakayasu, Sehingga didapat nilai debit puncak banjir (Qp) Q2 = 34,27 m3/det, Q5 = 48,56 m3/det, Q10 = 61,49 m3/det, Q25 = 82,58 m3/det, Q50 = 92,92 m3/det, dan Q100 = 114,67 m3/det.
