Abstract
Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk menganalisis serta mengetahui bagaimana pengaruh gaya kepemimpinan transformasional, lingkungan kerja, dan budaya organisasi terhadap kinerja karyawan di PT. BSG (Bank Sulut GO). Penelitian ini menggunakan teknik sampling jenuh dengan populasi sebanyak 75 karyawan. Pengumpulan data karyawan diambil dari metode penyebaran survei berupa kuesioner yang dibagikan melalui Google Form kepada karyawan di PT. BSG. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode kuantitatif dengan teknik analisis Structural Equation Modeling (SEM) dengan penerapan Smart PLS. Berdasarkan hasil uji didapatkan bahwa gaya kepemimpinan transformasional memiliki pengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap kinerja karyawan. Kemudian, lingkungan kerja juga memiliki pengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap kinerja karyawan. Selanjutnya, budaya organisasi juga memiliki pengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap kinerja karyawan The aim of this research is to analyze and find out how the transformational leadership style, work environment and organizational culture influence employee performance at PT. BSG (Bank North Sulawesi GO). This research used a saturated sampling technique with a population of 75 employees. Employee data collection was taken from the survey distribution method in the form of a questionnaire distributed via Google Form to employees at PT. BSG. This research uses quantitative methods with Structural Equation Modeling (SEM) analysis techniques with the application of Smart PLS. Based on the test results, it was found that the transformational leadership style had a positive and significant influence on employee performance. Then, the work environment also has a positive and significant influence on employee performance. Furthermore, organizational culture also has a positive and significant influence on employee performance.
