Abstract
This design project aims to address issues within the Fitosa Club signage system that disrupt visitor experience, such as suboptimal signage placement, inconsistent design, and insufficient facility information. The goal is to create an effective and informative signage system for Fitosa Club, including exterior, interior, and directional signage. The methodology follows the design thinking steps: Empathize, through observation and interviews; Define, to formulate needs; Ideate, by generating visual ideas; Prototype, with the development of digital and print mockups; and Test, by conducting an exhibition to gather feedback. Feedback from 24 respondents, including Mrs. Silfi, indicates that the Fitosa Club signage design is highly valued and considered "cool," "attractive," and "unique," with easy visibility and comprehension. The design is praised for its modern and elegant appearance and its impact on branding and visitor experience. Mrs. Silfi mentioned she would adopt the design if budget permits. Overall, the signage design successfully meets the desired aesthetic, functional, and branding goals, though there is still room for improvement, particularly in clarity of function and vision development. Keywords: Signage, Nutritionist, Diet, Smoothies, Fitosa Club Perancangan ini bertujuan untuk mengatasi masalah dalam sistem signage Fitosa Club yang mengganggu pengalaman pengunjung, seperti penempatan signage yang tidak optimal, desain yang tidak konsisten, dan informasi fasilitas yang kurang. Perancangan ini bertujuan menciptakan sistem signage yang efektif dan informatif untuk Fitosa Club, mencakup signage identifikasi eksterior, interior, dan arah. Metodologi yang digunakan mengikuti langkah-langkah design thinking: Empathize, melalui observasi dan wawancara; Define, untuk merumuskan kebutuhan; Ideate, dengan menciptakan ide visual; Prototype, dengan mengembangkan mockup digital dan cetakan; dan Test, dengan mengadakan pameran untuk mengumpulkan umpan balik. Umpan balik dari 24 responden, termasuk Ibu Silfi, menunjukkan bahwa desain signage Fitosa Club sangat dihargai dan dianggap "keren," "menarik," dan "unik," serta mudah dilihat dan dipahami. Desain ini dipuji karena tampilan modern dan elegan serta dampaknya terhadap branding dan pengalaman pengunjung. Ibu Silfi menyatakan akan mengadopsi desain ini jika dana memungkinkan. Secara keseluruhan, desain signage berhasil mencapai tujuan estetika, fungsional, dan branding yang diharapkan, namun masih ada ruang untuk perbaikan, terutama dalam hal kejelasan fungsi dan pengembangan visi misi.
