Abstract
Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis pengaruh kompensasi, lingkungan kerja dan budaya organisasi terhadap kinerja karyawan. Penelitian ini dilakukan di PT. XYZ sebanyak 50 karyawan dengan metode penarikan sampel menggunakan sampel jenuh. Metode pengumpulan data ini menggunakan metode survei dengan instrumen penelitian berupa kuesioner. Skala pengukuran menggunakan skala ordinal. Pendekatan yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah Structural Equation Model (SEM) dengan metode analisis Smart-PLS. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa Kompensasi berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap kinerja karyawan, Lingkungan Kerja berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap kinerja karyawan, dan Budaya Organisasi berpengaruh positif terhadap kinerja karyawan This study aims to analyze the effect of compensation, work environment and organizational culture on employee performance. This research was conducted at PT. XYZ as many as 50 employees with the sampling method using a saturated sample. This data collection method uses a survey method with a research instrument in the form of a questionnaire. The scale of measurement uses a ordinal scale. The approach used in this study is the Structural Equation Model (SEM) with the Smart-PLS analysis method. The results of this research show that Compensation has a positive and significant effect on employee performance, the Work Environment has a positive and significant effect on employee performance, and Organizational Culture has a positive effect on employee performance
