Abstract

Proses klaim kas dan reimburse karyawan memerlukan waktu lama sehingga menghambat proses pencatatan keuangan oleh perusahaan termasuk di PT. Siberku Epic Indonesia. Maka dari itu, PT. Siberku Epic Indonesia memerlukan suatu sistem yang dapat meningkatkan efektivitas proses klaim kas dan reimburse karyawan. Penggunaan bot telegram dipilih karena bot telegram dapat mengirimkan pesan secara otomatis sehingga memudahkan akuntan dalam melakukan pencatatan keuangan. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk melihat perbedaan dalam efektivitas proses klaim kas dan reimburse karyawan sebelum dan sesudah implementasi sistem informasi akuntansi berbasis bot telegram di PT. Siberku Epic Indonesia. Penelitian ini dilakukan dengan mensimulasikan penggunaan bot telegram pada proses pencatatan keuangan, lalu hasilnya akan dianalisis untuk melihat adanya peningkatan dalam efektivitas proses klaim kas dan reimburse. Hasil dari penelitian ini adalah mengukur dan membandingkan pengaruh sebelum dan sesudah implementasi sistem informasi akuntansi akuntansi berbasis bot telegram yang dilakukan oleh PT. Siberku Epic Indonesia menunjukkan hasil bahwa terdapat perbedaan yang signifikan dalam efektivitas proses klaim kas dan reimburse karyawan sebelum dan sesudah implementasi sistem informasi akuntansi berbasis bot telegram di PT. Siberku Epic Indonesia Tahun 2023-2024. The process of cash claims and employee reimbursements takes a long time so it hampers the financial recording process by companies including PT Siberku Epic Indonesia. Therefore, PT. Siberku Epic Indonesia requires a system that can improve financial recording performance. The use of Telegram bots was chosen because Telegram bots can send messages automatically, thus making it easier for accountants to record financial transactions. This research aims to see the difference in the effectiveness of the employee cash claim and reimbursement process before and after the implementation of an accounting information system based on Telegram bots at PT. Siberku Epic Indonesia. This research was conducted by simulating the use of Telegram bots in the financial recording process, then the results will be analyzed to see if there is an increase in the effectiveness of the cash claim and reimbursement process. The results of this study are to measure and compare the impact before and after the implementation of an accounting information system based on Telegram bots carried out by PT. Siberku Epic Indonesia, showing that there is a significant difference in the effectiveness of the employee cash claim and reimbursement process before and after the implementation of an accounting information system based on Telegram. bots at PT. Siberku Epic Indonesia in 2023-2024.
