Abstract
The purpose of this research is to verify the effect of Tunneling Incentive, Debt Covenant, Firm Size dan Profitability on Transfer Pricing. The object of this research is the Property and Real Estate Sub Sector companies listed on IDX 2019-2022. The data analyzed in this research is secondary data in the form of financial reports. Sampling in this research used the purposive sampling method. The samples were selected using certain criteria to produce 60 samples of financial reports from 15 property and real estate sub-sector companies listed on IDX in the 2019-2022 period. The research method used is multiple linear analysis using the SPSS 25 program as a research test tool. The analytical methods used are descriptive statistical tests, classic assumption tests, model feasibility tests and hypothesis test. The results of the test states Tunneling Incentive has an positive effect and significant on Transfer Pricing, Meanwhile Debt Covenant, Firm Size and Profitability have negative effect and not significant on Transfer Pricing. Keywords: Tunneling Incentive, Debt Covenant, Firm Size, Profitability, Transfer Pricing, Property, Real Estate Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh Tunneling Incentive, Debt Covenant, Firm Size dan Profitability terhadap Transfer Pricing. Objek penelitian ini adalah perusahaan sub sektor property dan real estate yang terdaftar di BEI pada tahun 2019-2022. Data yang di analisis dalam penelitian ini adalah data sekunder yang berupa laporan keuangan. Pengambilan sampel pada penelitian ini dengan menggunakan metode purposive sampling. Sampel dipilih dengan menggunakan kriteria-kriteria tertentu sehingga menghasilkan 60 sampel laporan keuangan dari 15 perusahaan sub sektor property dan real estate yang terdaftar di BEI pada periode tahun 2019-2022. Metode penelitian yang digunakan adalah analisis linier berganda dengan menggunakan program SPSS 25 sebagai alat uji penelitian. Metode analisis yang digunakan adalah uji statistik deskriptif, uji asumsi klasik, uji kelayakan model dan uji hipotesis. Hasil uji menyatakan bahwa Tunneling Incentive berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap transfer pricing. Sedangkan Debt Covenant, Firm Size dan Profitability berpengaruh negatif dan tidak signifikan terhadap Transfer Pricing.
