Abstract

Penelitian ini dilatarbelakangi oleh keberadaan PT Projectindo yang bergerak di bidang System Integrator (SI), dalam kegiatan operasionalnya PT Projectindo menerapkan manajemen sumber daya manusia sebagai sistem pengelolaan terhadap karyawan. Dalam hal ini juga PT Projectindo melakukan rekrutmen dan pengembangan SDM untuk meningkatkan kinerja para karyawannya. Ternyata dalam hal ini kinerja karyawan di PT Projectindo masih kurang produktif. Tujuan utama penelitian ini adalah 1) untuk menganalisis manajemen sumber daya manusia yang dilakukan oleh PT Projectindo dalam meningkatkan kinerja karyawan dari segi penilaian kriteria dan performance evaluation; 2) untuk mengetahui pengaruh produktivitas karyawan terhadap peningkatan kinerja perusahaan; 3) untuk mengetahui penyusunan rencana strategi yang berkaitan dengan pengelolaan Sumber Daya Manusia (SDM) dan kepuasan kerja yang berpengaruh terhadap produktivitas karyawan dalam peningkatan kinerja perusahaan. Jenis penelitian yang digunakan ditinjau dari lokasi sumber datanya termasuk penelitian kasus dan penelitian lapangan (field research). Pendekatan penelitian ini menggunakan kualitatif deskriptif. Penelitian dilakukan pada PT Projectindo dengan teknik pengumpulan data berupa wawancara, observasi dan dokumentasi. Dalam penelitian ini populasinya adalah seluruh karyawan PT. Projectindo yang berjumlah 100 orang. Adapun pengambilan sampel menggunakan teknik sampling jenuh. Metode analisis menggunakan partial least square (PLS). Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa komitmen organisasi berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap kinerja karyawan, produktivitas karyawan berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap kinerja karyawan dan kepuasan kerja berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap kinerja karyawan This research is motivated by the existence of PT Projectindo which operates in the System Integrator (SI) sector. In its operational activities, PT Projectindo applies human resource management as a management system for employees. In this case, PT Projectindo also carries out recruitment and human resource development to improve the performance of its employees. It turns out that in this case the performance of employees at PT Projectindo is still less than productive. The main objectives of this research are 1) to analyze human resource management carried out by PT Projectindo in improving employee performance in terms of assessment criteria and performance evaluation; 2) to determine the effect of employee productivity on increasing company performance; 3) to determine the preparation of strategic plans related to Human Resources (HR) management and job satisfaction which influence employee productivity in improving company performance. The type of research used in terms of the location of the data source includes case research and field research. This research approach uses descriptive qualitative. The research was conducted at PT Projectindo using data collection techniques in the form of interviews, observation and documentation. In this study the population was all employees of PT. Projectindo, numbering 100 people. The sampling used a saturated sampling technique. The analysis method uses partial least squares (PLS). The research results show that organizational commitment has a positive and significant effect on employee performance, employee productivity has a positive and significant effect on employee performance and job satisfaction has a positive and significant effect on employee performance.
