Abstract
Penelitian ini untuk menganalisis pengaruh lingkungan kerja, disiplin kerja dan komitmen organisasi terhadap kinerja karyawan pada PT. Pandawa Lima Sejati. Objek penelitian ini adalah karyawan yang bekerja di PT. Pandawa Lima Sejati. Penelitian ini dilakukan terhadap 175 responden dengan menggunakan pendekatan deskriptif kuantitatif. Penentuan ukuran sample menggunakan teknik sampel jenuh yaitu mengambil keseluruhan populasi. Metode pengumpulan data menggunakan metode survei, dengan instrumen penelitian adalah kuesioner. Pendekatan yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah Structural Equation Model (SEM) dengan alat analisis Smart-PLS. Penelitian ini membuktikan bahwa lingkungan kerja berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap kinerja karyawan. Disiplin kerja berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap kinerja karyawan. Komitmen organisasi berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap kinerja karyawan This study is to analyze the influence of the work environment, work discipline and organizational commitment on employee performance at PT. Pandawa Lima Sejati. The object of this study is employees working at PT. Pandawa Lima Sejati. This study was conducted on 175 respondents using a quantitative descriptive approach. Determination of sample size using saturated sample technique that takes the entire population. The data collection method uses a survey method, with the research instrument being a questionnaire. The approach used in this study is the Structural Equation Model (SEM) with the Smart-PLS analysis tool. This research proves that the work environment has a positive and significant effect on employee performance. Work discipline has a positive and significant effect on employee performance. Organizational commitment has a positive and significant effect on employee performance.
