Abstract
Air quality in Jakarta has become a major concern due to its impact on human health and the environment. This study aims to assess air quality in DK Jakarta based on the classification of Nitrogen Dioxide (NO2) concentrations using the Random Forest Algorithm. The model demonstrated remarkable performance in classifying Nitrogen Dioxide (NO₂), achieving accuracies of 95.76% in West Jakarta, 97.76% in East Jakarta, 97.76% in North Jakarta, and 91% in Central Jakarta. Although the accuracy in South Jakarta was slightly lower (87.69%), the model still delivered satisfactory results. Analysis of Nitrogen Dioxide (NO₂) concentration patterns revealed inter-regional variations. West and South Jakarta exhibited relatively stable patterns, while East Jakarta experienced daily fluctuations with consistently high and unhealthy Nitrogen Dioxide (NO₂) concentrations. Nitrogen Dioxide (NO₂) concentrations in North Jakarta were classified as moderate, while those in Central Jakarta were classified as unhealthy. These findings highlight the need for further research, targeted interventions, and public awareness campaigns to address air pollution in DK Jakarta.
