Abstract

The Graha Mas Serpong Housing Area, Tangerang City is a strategic and growing location. Graha more Serpong Housing is included in the fast growing area. Therefore, the facade design at Graha Mas Serpong continues to change, the number of physical changes in the housing unit at Graha Mas Serpong house is the lack of satisfaction of the occupants with the house being purchased. Graha Mas Serpong housing becomes the object of research because there are some forms of visible buildings that change. Environmental managers are a support factor for suggesting homeowners to make changes in front of the house. The method used is quantitative descriptive method, some buildings in changing conditions have the effect of changing the visible elements of the building indirectly or totally changing, namely changes in the elements of visible buildings such as the shape of the roof, roof material, shape of the door, window shape, air ventilation and Air conditioning. The change in Graha Mas Serpong looks not like subsidized housing where the initial construction was subsidized housing. Kawasan Perumahan Graha Mas Serpong, Kota Tanggerang ini merupakan lokasi yang strategis dan terus berkembang. Perumahan Graha mas Serpong termasuk dalam kawasan yang berkembang sangat pesat. Oleh karena itu desain fasad pada Graha Mas Serpong terus mengalami peruabahan , banyaknya perubahan fisik pada unit rumah di dalam perumahan Graha Mas Serpong merupakan adanya tidak kepuasan penghuni terhadap rumah yang telah dibelinya. Perumahan Graha Mas Serpong menjadi obyek penelitian karena terdapat beberapa bentuk tampak bangunan yang berubah. Pengelola lingkungan menjadi faktor pendukung yntuk memberikan rekomendasi kepada pemilik rumah untuk melakukan perubahan pada tampak depan rumahnya. Metode yang digunakan adalah metode deskriptif kuantitatif, beberapa bangunan dalam kondisi berubah menimbulkan efek perubahan pada elemen tampak bangunan secara tidak langsung maupun berubah total yaitu peruabahan elemen – elemen tampak bangunan diantaranya seperti bentuk atap, material atap, bentuk pintu, bentuk jendela, ventilasi udara dan Ac. Perubahan Graha Mas Serpong terlihat bukan seperti perumahan bersubsidi diamana diawal dibangun adalah perumahan besubsidi.
