Abstract

This study aims to analyze the effect of liquidity, solvency and profitability on firm value. The independent variables used in this study are Liquidity which is proxied using Current Assets, Solvency which is proxied using the Debt to Assets Ratio and Profitability which is proxied using the Return on Assets Ratio. The dependent variable used is company value as measured by Tobin's Q. The population in this study are mining sector manufacturing companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange (IDX) in 2017-2021, and the sample used was 24 companies from the selected criteria. The data analysis method used in this study is the Multiple Linear Regressions method with the help of Eviews. In this study the results of a more precise model is the Random Effect Model. This study proves that Return on Assets Rasio have a positive significant effect on Tobin's Q, while the Current Assets has negatif effect on Tobin’s Q, Debt to Assets Ratio has negatif effect on Tobin’s Q. Keywords: Liquidity (Current Assets), Solvency (Debt to Assets Ratio), Profirability (Return on Assets Rasio), Firm Value (Tobin's Q) Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis pengaruh likuiditas, solvabilitas dan profitabilitas terhadap nilai perusahaan. Variabel Independen yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini yaitu Likuiditas yang diproksikan menggunakan Current Assets, Solvabilitas yang diproksikan menggunakan Debt to Assets Ratio dan Profitabilitas yang diproksikan menggunakan Return on Assets Ratio. Variabel Dependen yang digunakan yaitu nilai perusahaan yang diukur dengan Tobin’s Q. Populasi dalam penelitian ini adalah perusahaan manufaktur sektor pertambangan yang terdaftar di Bursa Efek Indonesia (BEI) tahun 2017-2021, dan sampel yang digunakan sebanyak 24 perusahaan dari kriteria yang dipilih. Metode analisis data yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini yaitu metode Regresi Linear Berganda (Multiple Linier Regressions) dengan bantuan Eviews. Pada penelitian ini diperoleh hasil model yang lebih tepat adalah Random Effect Model. Penelitian ini membuktikan bahwa Return on Assets Rasio berpengaruh positif signifikan terhadap Tobin’s Q, sedangkan Current Asset berpengaruh negatif terhadap Tobin’s Q, Debt to Assets Ratio berpengaruh negatif terhadap Tobin’s Q.
