Abstract

PLN Muara Tawar currently determines the priority of K3 strategies with the 5M approach (Money, Man, Machine, Methods and Milieu), 21 sub-criteria and 4 alternatives with the aim of ensuring and protecting workers from work accidents and occupational diseases, in order to prevent, overcome and minimize the occurrence of accidents and their impacts by identifying, analyzing and controlling hazards appropriately, this study discusses how to determine the priority of strategies in K3 by using the SAW and TOPSIS methods to improve K3 in the workplace. The highest results obtained are taken into consideration for further attention in the company's K3 priorities. In addition, the results of the sequence calculation with SAW are highest in the criteria, namely man (M) with a score of 0.2113 and the highest sub-criteria in K3 Infrastructure Investment (MO1) and Fire Protection System Infrastructure Investment (MO2) with a score of 0.29577 and the highest alternative in Maintenance of equipment and facilities (A2) 0.7900 using the TOPSIS method. Keywords: Occupational Safety and Health, OHS, Prioritization Strategy, SAW, TOPSIS PLN Muara Tawar saat ini menentukan prioritas strategi K3 dengan pendekatan 5M (Money, Man, Machine, Methods dan Milieu), 21 sub-kriteria dan 4 alternatif dengan tujuan untuk menjamin dan melindungi tenaga kerja dari kecelakaan kerja dan penyakit akibat kerja, dalam rangka untuk mencegah, menanggulangi dan meminimalisir terjadinya kecelakaan dan dampaknya dengan cara mengidentifikasi, menganalisa dan pengendalian bahaya secara tepat, penelitian ini membahas tentang bagaimana cara menentukan prioritas strategi dalam K3 dengan menggunakan metode SAW dan TOPSIS guna meningkatkan K3 ditempat kerja. Hasil tertinggi yang didapat tersebut dijadikan pertimbangan untuk diperhatikan lebih lanjut dalam prioritas K3 perusahaan. Selain itu hasil perhitungan urutan dengan SAW tertinggi pada kriteria yaitu man (M) dengan skor 0,2113 dan sub-kriteria tertinggi pada Investasi Infrastruktur K3 (MO1) dan Investasi Infrastruktur Fire Protection System (MO2) dengan skor 0,29577 dan alternatif tertinggi pada Maintenance peralatan dan fasilitas (A2) 0,7900 menggunakan metode TOPSIS.
