Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui dan memberikan bukti empiris mengenai Pengaruh Ukuran Perusahaan, Profitabilitas dan Leverage Terhadap Nilai Perusahaanpada perusahaan Property dan Real Estate yang terdaftar di Bursa Efek Indonesia periode 2018-2021. penelitian ini menggunakan teori signal dengan metode purposive sampling berdasarkan kriteria yang telah ditentukan. Data yang digunakan merupakan data sekunder yang berupa laporan keuangan tahunan periode 2018-2021 yang diambil dari situs www.idx.ac.id. Teknik analisis data yang digunakan adalah statistik deskriptif, uji asumsi klasik, uji analisis regresi linear berganda, dan uji hipotesis. Hasil menunjukan bahwa ukuran perusahaan, profitabilitas dan leverage berpengaruh terhadap nilai perusahaan. This study aims to determine and provide empirical evidence regarding the Effect of Firm Size, Profitability and Leverage on Firm Value in Property and Real Estate companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange for the period 2018-2021. This study uses signal theory with a purposive sampling method based on predetermined criteria. The data used is secondary data in the form of annual financial statements for the 2018-2021 period taken from the www.idx.ac.id website. The data analysis technique used is descriptive statistics, classical assumption test, multiple linear regression analysis, and hypothesis testing. The results show that firm size, profitability and leverage has an effect on firm value.
