Abstract
Sumber daya manusia merupakan salah satu factor yang penting dalam perusahaan. Kinerja karyawan sangat menentukan keberlangsungan perusahaan dalam beroperasional sehingga peursahaan perlu mengontrol kinerja yang dimiliki karyawan. Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah menganalisis pengaruh kepemimpinan dan beban kerja terhadap kinerja karyawan dengan dimediasi motivasi kerja. Metode penelitian menggunakan penelitian kuantitatif. Populasi dan sampel penelitian ini adalah karyawan bank SulutGo Wilayah Jakarta. Teknik pengumpulan data menggunakan kuesioner. Teknik analisis data menggunakan Smart PLS. Hasil penelitian menemukan bahwa; 1) kepemimpinan berpengaruh positif terhadap kinerja karyawan; 2) Beban kerja berpengaruh signifikan terhadap kinerja karyawan. 3) Kepemimpinan berpengaruh terhadap motivasi kerja. 4) Beban kerja berpengaruh signifikan terhadap motivsi kerja. 5) Motivasi kerja berpengaruh signifikan terhadap kinerja karyawan; 6) Motivasi kerja memediasi pengaruh kepemimpinan terhadap kinerja karyawan. 7) motivasi kerja memediasi pengaruh beban kerja terhadap kinerja karyawan. Human resources are one of the important factors in a company. Employee performance greatly determines the sustainability of the company's operations, so the company needs to monitor employee performance. The aim of this research is to analyze the influence of leadership and workload on employee performance with work motivation as a mediator. The research method used is quantitative research. The population and sample of this study are employees of Bank SulutGo in the Jakarta area. Data collection technique uses questionnaires. Data analysis technique uses Smart PLS. The research findings are as follows: 1) Leadership has a positive effect on employee performance; 2) Workload has a negative effect on employee performance; 3) Leadership affects work motivation; 4) Workload has a negative and significant effect on work motivation; 5) Work motivation has a significant effect on employee performance; 6) Work motivation mediates the effect of leadership on employee performance; 7) Work motivation mediates the effect of workload on employee performance.
