Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh kepemimpinan, lingkungan kerja, dan budaya organisasi terhadap kinerja pegawai . Populasi dalam penelitian ini adalah seluruh anggota Set Bainstrahan Kementerian Pertahanan RI yang berjumlah 57 pegawai. Teknik pengambilan sampel menggunakan Saturation Sampling (sampel jenuh). Metode pengumpulan data menggunakan metode survey dengan instrumen penelitian adalah kuesioner secara langsung menggunakan Google form. Skala pengukuran menggunakan skala ordinal. Metode analisis data yang digunakan adalah Partial Least Square (Smart-PLS) versi 3.0. Hasil analisis penelitian ini bahwa Kepemimpinan, Lingkungan Kerja, dan Budaya Organisasi berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap Kinerja pegawai. This study aims to determine the effect of leadership, work environment, and organizational culture on employee performance. The population in this study were all members of the Bainstrahan Set of the Indonesian Ministry of Defense, totaling 57 employees. The sampling technique used Saturation Sampling (saturated sample). The data collection method uses a survey method with the research instrument is a questionnaire directly using Google form. The measurement scale uses an ordinal scale. The data analysis method used is Partial Least Square (Smart-PLS) version 3.0. The results of this research analysis that Leadership, Work Environment, and Organizational Culture have a positive and significant effect on employee performance.
