Abstract
Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menguji pengaruh Kompensasi, Pemberdayaan Karyawan dan Jenjang Karir Terhadap Kepuasan Kerja Karyawan Perumda Pasar Jaya. Faktor-faktor yang diuji adalah Kompensasi, Pemberdayaan Karyawan Dan Jenjang Karir. Penelitian ini menggunakan 50 Karyawan Perumda Pasar Jaya sebagai sampel. Pengujian hipotesis menggunakan model Analisis Regresi Linear Berganda untuk menguji pengaruh Kompensasi, Pemberdayaan Karyawan Dan Jenjang Karir terhadap Kepuasan Kerja Karyawan. Dari penelitian ini menjelaskan bahwa Pemberdayaan Karyawan Dan Jenjang Karir berpengaruh signifikan terhadap Kepuasan Kerja Karyawan sedangkan Kompensasi tidak berpengaruh signifikan terhadap Kepuasan Kerja Karyawan dengan Adjust R Square sebesar 85,3% dan sisanya 14,7% dipengaruhi oleh variabel lain. This research aims to examine the influence of Compensation, Employee Empowerment and Career Path on Employee Job Satisfaction Perumda Pasar Jaya. The factors tested are compensation, employee empowerment and career path. This research used 50 Perumda Pasar Jaya employees as samples. Hypothesis testing uses a Multiple Linear Regression Analysis model to test the influence of Compensation, Employee Empowerment and Career Path on Employee Job Satisfaction. This research explains that Employee Empowerment and Career Path have a significant effect on Employee Job Satisfaction, while Compensation has no significant effect on Employee Job Satisfaction with an Adjust R Square of 85.3% and the remaining 14.7% is influenced by other variables.
