Abstract
B Residence adalah apartemen ekslusif yang terletak di Jl. Edutown BSD City. B Residence di bangun dengan 3 tower, dimana masing-masing tower terdiri dari 40 lantai dengan total unit 1.856 unit. B Residence berdiri di area tanah seluas 6800 m2 dengan fasilitas lengkap seperti: lobby, cafe, food court, swimming pool, roof garden, dll. Dalam kerja praktik yang kami lakukan pada proyek Apartement B Residence BSD City, Tangerang Selatan ini akan dibahas mengenai teknik pelaksanaan pekerjaan Raft Foundation yang berisi tentang pekerjaan pengukuran dengan alat ukur theodolite, penggalian, pembesian, pemasanagan bekisting, pengecoran, perawatan beton.
