Abstract
This study aims to analyze the factors influencing job satisfaction, including: Compensation, Workload, and Motivation. The population in this study consists of 51 permanent employees at PT Bluebird Group Pool XX. The sample used is 51 employees, and the sampling method used in this study is saturated sampling. The research method used is quantitative with SEM-PLS. Based on the analysis in this study, the results are as follows: 1) Compensation has a positive and significant effect on Motivation, 2) Compensation does not affect Job Satisfaction, 3) Compensation has a positive and significant effect on Job Satisfaction through Motivation, 4) Workload does not affect Motivation, 5) Workload does not affect Job Satisfaction, 6) Workload does not affect Job Satisfaction through Motivation, 7) Motivation has a positive and significant effect on Job Satisfaction Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis faktor-faktor yang mempengaruhi kepuasan kerja, diantaranya: Kompensasi, Beban Kerja dan Motivasi. Populasi dalam penelitian ini berjumlah 51 orang karyawan tetap di PT Bluebird Group Pool XX. Sampel yang digunakan sebanyak 51 karyawan, sampling yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah sampling jenuh. Metode penelitian yang digunakan adalah kuantitatif dengan SEM-PLS. Berdasarkan analisis pada penelitian ini diperoleh hasil : 1) Kompensasi berpengaruh positif dann signifikan terhadap Motivasi, 2) Kompensasi tidak berpengaruh terhadap Kepuasan Kerja, 3) Kompensasi berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap Kepuasan kerja melalui motivasi, 4) Beban Kerja tidak berpengaruh terhadap Motivasi, 5) Beban Kerja tidak berpengaruh terhadap Kepuasan kerja, 6) Beban Kerja tidak berpengaruh terhadap Kepuasan kerja melalui Motivasi, 7) Motivasi berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap Kepuasan Kerja.
