Abstract

Setiap pedesaan memiliki Produk Unggulan Desa (Prudes) yang memiliki nilai ekonomis untuk memajukan perekonomian masyarakatnya. Akan tetapi konsolidasi hasil Prudes masih belum optimal, hal tersebut dapat dilihat dari tingkat kemiskinan di pedesaan masih tinggi bila dibandingkan dengan di perkotaan. Untuk mengatasi hal tersebut, dibutuhkan efisiensi dan efektivitas distribution centre (DC) pada sistem rantai pasok perdesaan guna mengkonsolidasikan hasil Prudes dari sejumlah desa ke sejumlah pelanggan/konsumen. Tujuan penelitian ini adalah menentukan lokasi terbaik pusat distribusi dari sejumlah kandidat yang ada di pedesaan menggunakan metode P-Median dengan bantuan AMPL software. Studi kasus dilakukan di Kabupaten Konawe, Provinsi Sulawesi Tenggara. Tujuan dari model adalah mencari nilai minimum dari total biaya berdasarkan jarak, volume produksi, biaya pengiriman, dan fixed cost pada sejumlah fasilitas DC. Pada tahap awal digunakan pendekatan proximity analysis yang terdiri dari proses prakualifikasi dan kualifikasi dalam menentukan calon kandidat fasilitas DC. Pendekatan tersebut dilakukan guna menutupi dari keterbatasan APML software dalam memproses data. Adapun hasil dari penelitian ini adalah jumlah fasilitas DC yang paling optimal sebanyak lima fasilitas DC dengan total biaya paling minimum sebesar Rp. 91,87 miliar. Lokasi fasilitas DC yang direkomendasikan adalah di desa Sanuanggamo Kecamatan Tongauna Utara, desa Awuliti Kecamatan Lambuya, desa Mumundowu Kecamatan Pondidaha, desa Duriasi Kecamatan Wonggeduku, dan desa Puday Kecamatan Wonggeduku Barat. Every village has a Village Leading Product (Prudes) that has economic value to advance the economy of its community. However, the consolidation of Prudes results is still not optimal, it can be seen from the poverty rate in rural areas is still high when compared to urban areas. To overcome this, the efficiency and effectiveness of the distribution center (DC) is needed in the rural supply chain system to consolidate the results of Prudes from a number of villages to a number of customers/consumers. The purpose of this research is to determine the best location of distribution centers from a number of candidates in rural areas using the P-Median method with the help of AMPL software. The case study was conducted in Konawe District, Southeast Sulawesi Province. The objective of the model is to find the minimum value of total costs based on distance, production volume, shipping costs, and fixed costs at a number of DC facilities. In the initial stage, a proximity analysis approach was used which consisted of a prequalification and qualification process in determining candidate DC facilities. This approach is done to cover the limitations of APML software in processing data. The results of this study are the most optimal number of DC facilities as many as five DC facilities with the minimum total cost of 91.87 billion rupiah. The recommended DC facility locations are in Sanuanggamo village, North Tongauna sub-district, Awuliti village, Lambuya sub-district, Mumundowu village, Pondidaha sub-district, Duriasi village, Wonggeduku sub-district, and Puday village, West Wonggeduku sub-district.
