Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis pengaruh komunikasi, kepuasan kerja, dan kompensasi terhadap kinerja karyawan PT. XYZ. Populasi dalam penelitian ini adalah 45 karyawan PT. XYZ. Sampel yang dipergunakan adalah 45 karyawan. Metode penarikan sampel menggunakan sampel jenuh. Metode pengumpulan data menggunakan metode survey, dengan instrumen penelitian adalah kuesioner. Metode analisis data menggunakan Partical Least Square (PLS). Berdasarkan uji hipotesis pada penelitian ini diperoleh hasil nilai t-statistic sebesar 2.886, nilai original sample sebesar 0.347 dan nilai p Values sebesar 0.004. Nilai t- statistic lebih besar dari nilai t-table 1,96, nilai original sample menunjukkan nilai positif. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa komunikasi berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap kinerja karyawan pada PT. XYZ. Kepuasan kerja berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap kinerja karyawan pada PT. XYZ. Kompensasi berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap kinerja karyawan pada PT. XYZ. Di sarankan kepada perusahaan untuk terus meningkatkan Komunikasi, Kepuasan Kerja, dan Kompensasi dalam Perusahaan. This research aims to analyze the influence of communication, job satisfaction and compensation on the performance of employees PT. XYZ. The population in this study were 45 employees of PT. XYZ. The sample used was 45 employees. The sampling method uses saturated samples. The data collection method uses a survey method, with the research instrument being a questionnaire. The data analysis method uses Partical Least Square (PLS). Based on the hypothesis test in this research, the t-statistic value was 2.886, the original sample value was 0.347 and the p value was 0.004. The t-statistic value is greater than the t-table value of 1.96, the original sample value shows a positive value. The research results show that communication has a positive and significant effect on employee performance at PT. XYZ. Job satisfaction has a positive and significant effect on employee performance at PT. XYZ. Compensation has a positive and significant effect on employee performance at PT. XYZ. It is recommended that companies continue to improve Communication, Job Satisfaction and Compensation within the Company.
