Abstract
Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh persepsi kegunaan, persepsi kemudahan, keamanan dan kerahasiaan terhadap minat penggunaan e-filing. Penelitian ini dilakukan pada Wajib Pajak Orang Pribadi di Kelurahan Pulau Tidung sebagai sampel dalam penelitian ini. Metode penentuan sampel yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah metode covinient sampling, dengan sampel 135 responden. Jenis data yang digunakan dalam penelitian adalah data primer. Data yang diperoleh dianalisis dengan menggunakan teknik analisis PLS (Partial Least Square) melalui software SmartPLS 3.0. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa (1) Persepsi kegunaan berpengaruh terhadap minat penggunaan e-filing, (2) Persepsi kemudahan berpengaruh terhadap minat penggunaan e-filing, (3) Keamanan dan kerahasiaan tidak berpengaruh terhadap minat penggunaan e-filing. This research is aimed to know the effect of perceived usefulness, perceived Ease of Use, security and confidentiality on interest in using e-filing. This research is conducted at the on individual taxpayers in Tidung Island Village as the sample in this research. The method of determining the sample is by using simple random sampling method, with 135 respondents. The data used in this research is primer data. The data obtained were analyzed by using PLS (Partial Least Square) analysis techniques through SmartPLS 3.0 software. The results show that: (1) Perception of usefulness influences interest in using e-filing, (2) Perception of ease influences interest in using e-filing, (3) Security and confidentiality do not influence interest in using e-filing.
