Abstract
This research was conducted to determine whether production was achieved (No Achieved production) at Industri otomotif di cikarang by taking a supplier quality management approach. The problem that often occurs in August is that production is only 97% of the planned production. The cause of this problem that often arises is because of the production stopline with a percentage of 45%. The cause of the production stopline is a bahan baku shortage caused by supplier delivery delays. The action taken is to create a follow-up monitoring system for non-conformance requirements by providing NC and conducting supplier performance assessments to evaluate performance and support carried out for one month. Penelitian ini dilakukan untuk mengetahui tidak tercapainya pencapaian produksi di Industri otomotif di cikarang dengan melakukan pendekatan manajemen mutu pemasok. Permasalahan yang sering terjadi pada bulan Agustus yang hanya produksi sebesar 97% dari planning produksinya, penyebab dari masalah ini yang sering muncul adalah karena stopline produksi dengan presentase sebesar 45%. Penyebab dari stopline produksi adalah shortage bahan baku yang diakibatkan karena delay delivery supplier. Tindakan yang dilakukan adalah membuat sistem monitoring follow up requirement ketidaksesuian dengan memberikan NC dan melakukan penilaian performa kinerja supplier untuk mengevaluasi kinerja dan support yang dilakukan selama satu bulan Kata kunci: : Pencapaian Produksi, Stopline Produksi, Shortage Bahan baku, Delay Delivery, Diagram Pareto.
