Abstract
Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh Income, Financial Literacy, dan Hedonism Lifestyle terhadap Financial Management Behavior pada Generasi Milenial di Jakarta. Objek dan populasi penelitian ini adalah Generasi Milenial yang berkelahiran pada tahun 1981 – 1996 (27-42 tahun) dan bertempat tinggal di Jakarta. Data dikumpulkan menggunakan kuesioner dengan jumlah responden 95 orang. Data analisis secara deskriptif dan inferensial. Analisis inferensial menggunakan pendekatan regresi linier berganda. Temuan penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa income, financial literacy, dan hedonism lifestyle berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap financial management behavior. This study aims to determine the influence of Income, Financial Literacy, and Hedonism Lifestyle on Financial Management Behavior in the Millennial Generation in Jakarta. The object and population of this research is the Millennial Generation who were born in 1981 - 1996 (27-42 years) and live in Jakarta. Data was collected using a questionnaire with a total of 95 respondents. Data analysis is descriptive and inferential. Inferential analysis uses a multiple linear regression approach. The findings of this research show that income, financial literacy, and lifestyle hedonism have a positive and significant effect on financial management behavior.
