Abstract

Violence can be defined as any action or behavior that results in physical, psychological, or emotional harm to another person. There are many types of violence, including physical, psychological, neglect, sexual and trafficking violence. This study aims to determine the results of the cluster or grouping of victims of violence based on the level of violence per sub-district in Bogor City. The data used in this study covers six sub-districts in Bogor City with a total of violence cases consisting of physical, psychological, neglect, sexual, and trafficking violence. In this study, the K-Means Clustering algorithm method was used to group violence cases into three levels of violence, namely "Low," "Medium," and "High." The results showed that North Bogor and Tanah Sareal sub-districts were in the "High" cluster with a total of 90 and 79 cases respectively, while West Bogor and South Bogor sub-districts were in the "Medium" cluster with a total of 63 and 53 cases respectively. Central Bogor and East Bogor sub-districts were in the "Low" cluster with a total of 39 and 36 cases respectively. The Davies Bouldin Index results produced a value of 0.3698, indicating good cluster division. The results of the comparison using 4 clusters were better than with 3 clusters. The DaviesBouldin Index value drops from 0.3698 to 0.2571 when using 4 clusters. Keywords: K-Means Algorithm, Clustering, Bogor City, Victims of Violence, Violence Against Women Kekerasan dapat didefinisikan sebagai tindakan atau perilaku yang mengakibatkan kerugian fisik, psikologis, atau emosional pada orang lain. Ada banyak jenis kekerasan, termasuk kekerasan fisik, psikologis, penelantaran, seksual dan trafficking. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui hasil dari cluster atau pengelompokkan korban kekerasan berdasarkan tingkat kekerasan per kecamatan di Kota Bogor. Data yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini mencakup enam kecamatan di Kota Bogor dengan total kasus kekerasan yang terdiri dari kekerasan fisik, psikologis, penelantaran, seksual, dan trafficking. Dalam penelitian ini, digunakan metode algoritma K-Means Clustering untuk mengelompokkan kasus kekerasan ke dalam tiga tingkat kekerasan, yaitu "Rendah," "Sedang," dan "Tinggi." Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa Kecamatan Bogor Utara dan Tanah Sareal berada dalam cluster "Tinggi" dengan total kasus masing-masing 90 dan 79, sementara Kecamatan Bogor Barat dan Bogor Selatan berada dalam cluster "Sedang" dengan total kasus masing-masing 63 dan 53. Kecamatan Bogor Tengah dan Bogor Timur berada dalam cluster "Rendah" dengan total kasus masing-masing 39 dan 36. Hasil Davies Bouldin Index menghasilkan nilai 0,3698, yang menunjukkan pembagian klaster yang baik. Hasil dari perbandingan menggunakan 4 cluster ternyata lebih baik daripada dengan 3 cluster. Nilai Davies-Bouldin Index turun dari 0.3698 menjadi 0.2571 saat menggunakan 4 cluster. Kata Kunci: Algoritma K-Means, Clustering, Kota Bogor, Korban Kekerasan, Kekerasan Terhadap Perempuan.
